Description

This measurement provides the average rate of bits sent over the downlink IPPM from the BSC to the BTS in a granularity period.

Measurement Point

The counter is measured on the BSC side, as shown in Figure 1.

IPPM_BITS_MEANSTX = [IPPM_BYTES_TX] x {8}/{1000}/{GP}/{60}

IPPM_BITS_MEANSTX specifies the average rate of bits sent over the downlink IPPM.

IPPM_BYTES_TX specifies the number of bytes sent over an IPPM link.
