This measurement provides the error seconds of sending over the Abis port in a granularity period. If any error block is sent over the Abis port within one second, this second is regarded as an error second. Along with Duration of Error Blocks over Abis Port, this measurement can be used to calculate Rate of Errored Seconds of Sending over Abis Port. Given a specified Duration of Error Blocks over Abis Port, the transmission quality deteriorates when the value of Errored Seconds of Sending over Abis Port increases.
