This measurement provides the number of REJ or SREJ frames sent on LAPD links.

Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
This counter is measured when the BSC sends REJ or SREJ frames to the BTS or the PCU after the LAPD link receives incorrect frames.
