L5102:LAPD_RX_SABME
This measurement provides the number of SABME frames that the BTS L2 receives on LAPD Link.
The SABME frame is sent to request for link setup.
After the BSC starts up, the link status is converted to multi-frame (Multi_I) setup through the frame interaction between the L2 entities of the BSC and the BTS. During this procedure, the Abis interface board sends the SABME frame to the BTS L2. If the link is abnormal or the link between the BSC and the BTS is disrupted, the BSC sends the SABME frame to request for link setup.
If the physical uplink is disrupted, the BTS does not receive frames from the BSC and this counter does not increase.
If the physical downlink is disrupted, the measurement result cannot be sent to the BSC and the value of this counter does not increase.
