L5106:LAPD_RX_RNR
This measurement provides the number of RNR frames that the BTS L2 receives on LAPD Link.
The RNR frame is a monitoring frame, which means that the local receiver is busy and is not ready to receive the next I frame. The RNR frame contains the serial number of the expected I frame. The peer end stops sending I frames on receiving RNR frames.
If the BSC receiver is busy, the BSC sends an RNR frame to the BTS. The BTS stops sending I frames on receiving the RNR frame.
If the physical uplink is disrupted, the measurement result cannot be sent to the BSC and the value of this counter does not increase.
