L5110:LAPD_TX_I
This measurement provides the number of I frames sent by the BTS L2 on LAPD Link.
The requests sent from L3 consist of the messages that need or need not be confirmed. The former are transferred in L2 I frames and the latter transferred in L2 UI frames.
All the L3 messages sent by the BTS except for the MR need be confirmed. When the BTS L2 sends an I frame on LAPD Link, this counter is incremented by 1.
If the physical uplink is disrupted, the measurement result cannot be sent to the BSC, and the value of this counter does not increase.

This counter is measured when the BTS L2 sends an I frame on LAPD Link.
