Description
This measurement provides the number of MTP3 link failures.
The MTP2 reports link disruption, and then the MTP3 detects the number of link failures caused by signaling link disruption or link deactivation by the user.

Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
The counter is measured on the BSC side, as shown in the following figure.
When the MTP2 reports the link disconnection, detects the signaling link disconnection, or the link is deactivated by the MS, this counter is measured.
