Description
This measurement provides the number of MTP3 link local inhibitions.
The BSC inhibits a link on the LMT. If the inhibition does not lead to service interruption between the BSC and the MSC, the local inhibition is considered to succeed.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
This counter is incremented by 1 when the MTP3 link is inhibited at the local end.
