Description
This measurement provides the number of MTP3 link remote inhibitions.
The BSC receives a request from the MSC for inhibiting a link. If the inhibition does not lead to service interruption between the BSC and the MSC, the remote inhibition is considered to succeed.

Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
This counter is incremented by 1 when the MTP3 link is inhibited at the remote end.
