Description
This measurement provides the number of failures of the MTP3 link remote processor. The failures of the MTP3 link remote processor specifies the messages on the BSC side cannot be sent to the MTP3 and upper layer protocols on the MSC side.

Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
This counter is incremented by 1 when the MTP3 link remote processor is faulty.
