Description
This measurement provides the number of MTP3 link local switchovers.
If a signaling link becomes unavailable, the traffic on this link is transferred to other links. This procedure is called a changeover.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
This counter is incremented by 1 when the MTP3 link changeover occurs at the local end.

This is an original counter without involving any formula.
