Description
This measurement provides the number of octets in SIFs and SIOs received by the MTP3 link.

Measurement Point
The measurement point is on the BSC side, as shown in the figure.
When the SIF and SIO that contain n octets are received over the MTP3 link, the counter is incremented by n.
