L9001: UP_GPRS RLC_BLK_TOTAL
This measurement provides the total number of uplink GPRS RLC data blocks in a cell in a granularity period. Compared with Total Number of Uplink EGPRS RLC Data Blocks, the proportion of GPRS traffic in this cell can be obtained.

In a granularity period, every time the BSC receives a GPRS RLC data block using CS1, CS2, CS3, or CS4 coding scheme from the MS, the counter is incremented by one.
