L9201: UP_EGPRS_RLC_DATA_BLOCK_TOTAL
This measurement provides the total number of uplink EGPRS RLC data blocks in a cell in a granularity period. Compared with Total Number of Uplink GPRS RLC Data Blocks, the proportion of EGPRS traffic in this cell can be obtained.

In a granularity period, every time the BSC receives an uplink EGPRS RLC data block using MCS-1, MCS-2, MCS-3, MCS-4, MCS-5, MCS-6, MCS-7, MCS-8, or MCS-9 coding scheme, the counter is incremented by one.
