This measurement provides the maximum uplink throughput of LLC PDUs sent by an EGPRS MS in a granularity period.

Every time the uplink TBF of EGPRS MS completes service transmission, the throughput of LLC PDUs is calculated. The throughput is equal to the number of transmitted bytes divided by the transmission duration. In a granularity period, the maximum calculated throughput is used as the value of the counter.
