Description
This measurement provides the total number of downlink LLC PDUs in a granularity period.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
Each time the BSC receives the DOWNLINK LLC PDU message from the SGSN, the counter is incremented by one. See measurement point A in Figure 1.
