Description

This measurement provides the total bytes of downlink LLC PDUs received by the BSC in a cell in a granularity period.

Measurement Point

Each time the BSC receives the DOWNLINK LLC PDU, the bytes of the DOWNLINK LLC PDU are accumulated to the total bytes of downlink LLC PDUs received.
