Description

This measurement provides the total bytes of downlink LLC PDUs sent by the BSC in a cell in a granularity period.

Measurement Point

Every time the DOWNLINK LLC PDU is successfully sent by the BSC and deleted from the PDU sending queue, the bytes of the DOWNLINK LLC PDU are added to the counter.
