This measurement provides the throughput of downlink GPRS background service LLC PDUs in a granularity period.

Each time the downlink GPRS TBF completes the transmission of background service, the transmission rate of LLC PDUs is calculated. The transmission rate is equal to the number of transmitted bytes divided by the transmission duration. This transmission rate multiplied by the number of transmitted bytes yields the throughput of transmitted LLC PDUs. In the end, the throughput is accumulated to the counter.
