Description
This measurement provides the total number of bytes at the downlink LLC layer of GPRS users in a granularity period.

Measurement Point
When the BSC sends a DOWNLINK LLC PDU to the SGSN and the user is a GPRS user (see measurement point A), the bytes of the DOWNLINK LLC PDU are added to the counter if the DOWNLINK LLC PDU is not the signaling about attach, detach, PDP context activation, PDP context deactivation, or routing area update.
