This measurement provides the throughput at the downlink LLC layer of GPRS users in a granularity period.

Each time the service transmission is complete on the downlink TBF of GPRS users, the transmission rate of LLC PDUs is calculated. The transmission rate is equal to the number of transmitted bytes divided by the transmission duration. This transmission rate multiplied by the number of transmitted bytes yields the throughput of transmitted LLC PDUs. In the end, the throughput is accumulated to the counter.
