Description

This measurement provides the number of frames sent on the BC in a granularity period. With the rise in the uplink traffic, this counter is incremented. After the BC is configured, this counter can be measured.

Measurement Point

In a granularity period, the counter is incremented by one every time the BSC sends an uplink frame on the BC (see measurement point A in Figure 1).
