Description

After the MS seizes a channel, the call may be released because of the inconsistency in the check for the internal resources of the BSC. Then, this measurement provides the number of call drops related to resource check on the basis of the channel type (SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH), the service type (signaling or traffic), and the concentric attribute (overlaid subcell or underlaid subcell).

Measurement Point

The specific counter is measured when a call is released because of the inconsistency in the check for the internal resources of the BSC.

The counter is measured at A4, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4, and Figure 5.
