CV_BEP in EMR Measurement per TRX

Description

The measurement unit provides the CV_BEP contained in the EMR or pre-processed EMR.

The CV_BEP refers to the variation rate of the receive BER. It is the variance of the BEP during a granularity period. The CV_BEP is calculated by the following way:

Calculate the BEP deviation coefficient of the radio block every four burst.
Obtain the CV_BEP by averaging the deviation coefficients in the whole granularity period.
The MS maps the CV_BEP onto a certain rank (0-7) and the rank is reported.

Higher CV_BEP suggests lower variation rate of the receive BER.
