System Load Measurement refers to the measurement of the system load of the BSC. The system load refers to the CPU usage of the BSC boards and the GBAM.The CPU usage shows the load situation of the system, but a 100% CPU usage does not mean that the CPU has reached its limitation and cannot process extra services. The BSC has a certain buffer capability, which can save extra service requests. As long as there is still a buffer area in the host, the BSC continues to process new services. Therefore, high CPU usage does not necessarily mean that the BSC is faulty, even if the CPU usage reaches 80% occasionally. The buffer area of the BSC is limited. If the CPU usage is high for a long time, a transient exhaustion of the buffer area may occur because there are sharp bursts of service requests. The BSC will abandon new service requests.
