This counter is used to measure the number of circuit service call drops due to the failed Abis link of the BTS.
Integer number or integer.
For the circuit service, the link connection between the BSC and BTS is performed at most twice. The message of link connection is resent if the link connection fails for the first time. This counter is measured if the link connection fails for the second time.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
