Description
The previous measurements provides the times that the cells under the BSC receives the HANDOVER REQUEST message about SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH from other BSCs through the MSC in the incoming external inter-cell handover procedure.
Channel Assignment Requests in Incoming External Inter-Cell Handover Procedure (TCH) indicates that the number of the channel assignment requests for TCHFs or TCHHs in the incoming external inter-cell handover procedure.
