Description

The previous counters are used to measure the following items of a cell under the BSC in a granularity period:

• Duration of the state of no available SDCCHs

• Duration of the state of no available TCHs

• Duration of the state of no available TCHFs

• Duration of the state of no available TCHHs

At the timing sampling points for channel assignment measurement, the duration of the previous counters is accumulated based on the channel type in either of the following cases:

• All the SDCCHs in the cell are seized or unavailable.

• All the TCHs in the cell are seized or unavailable.

• All the TCHFs in the cell are seized or unavailable.

• All the TCHHs in the cell are seized or unavailable.

Measurement point

At the timing sampling points for channel assignment measurement, if the SDCCHs,TCHS, TCHFs, or TCHHs in all the cells are not available, the previous counters are measured.
