In the incoming internal inter-cell handover procedure during which the MS is handed over between different channels in the service cell, the BSC determines the channel type of this handover according to following items:
Handover type
Supporting capability of the circuit pool where the A interface is located
Type of the channel that is seized by the call
Channel rate and channel type requested by the MSC during the initial establishment of the call
The previous counters are measured after the BSC successfully assigns the corresponding channels.
Integer number or integer.
In the incoming internal inter-cell handover procedure, the BSC successfully assigns the corresponding channels after the request for the assignment of SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH. In this case, the previous counters are measured based on the channel type.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
