R9001: RESET_FROM_BSC
This measurement provides the number of packet cell resets initiated by the BSC in a granularity period. The causes of packet cell reset in the BSC may be the BTS reset or cell reset initiated by the OM client.
Integer number or integer.
Each time the BSC initiates a packet cell reset, the counter is incremented by one.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
