This measurement provides the number of times that the PDCH successfully applies for the Abis timeslot in a cell.

When the Abis interface uses the TDM connection mode, the idle Abis timeslot application may be initiated to support the adjustment of the PDCH coding scheme if the PDCH coding scheme is adjusted. Each time the PDCH successfully applies for an Abis timeslot for the adjustment of the PDCH coding scheme, the counter is incremented by one.
