This measurement provides the maximum number of PDCHs occupied by the TBF in a cell in a granularity period.
Integer number or integer.
In a granularity period, the number of occupied PDCHs in a cell is sampled every five seconds and the maximum sampled value is used as the value of the counter.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
