This measurement provides the total number of occupied GPRS PDCHs in a cell in a granularity period.
Integer number or integer.
In a granularity period, the number of GPRS PDCHs occupied by the TBF in a cell is measured every five seconds and is accumulated to the counter.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
