R9340: SHARE_TBF_NUM_PER_EPDCH
This measurement provides the number of shared downlink TBFs on all the EGPRS PDCHs in a cell in a granularity period. The usage of the EGPRS PDCH is improved if the number of shared downlink TBFs increases, but the downlink service rate decreases.
