This measurement provides the total number of uplink GPRS TBFs on all the GPRS PDCHs in a cell in a granularity period.

In a granularity period, the total number of uplink GPRS TBFs on each GPRS PDCH is sampled every five seconds and is accumulated to the counter.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
