R9501: DSP_PDCH_MAX_ACT_PDCH_NUM
This measurement provides the maximum number of PDCHs activated on a DSP in a granularity period.
Integer number or integer.
In a granularity period, the DSP CPU usage is sampled every five seconds and the maximum sampled value is used as the value of the counter.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
