This measurement provides the number of times that the activated PDCHs on a DSP are sampled in a granularity period.
Integer number or integer.
In a granularity period, the number of PDCHs activated on a DSP is sampled every five seconds. The counter is incremented by one every time the sampling is performed.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
