This measurement provides the total number of PDCHs occupied on a DSP in a granularity period.
Integer number or integer.
In a granularity period, the number of PDCHs occupied on a DSP is sampled every five seconds. All the sampled values are accumulated to the value of the counter.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
