RA333A: CELL_BSS_CALL_ESTB_SUCC_RATE
This measurement provides the success rate of call setups between the BSC and the BTS. Compared with Success Rate of Call Establishment, the value of the counter does not include the call failures due to the causes of the network side or MS, such as no response from the MSC, CM REQ REJ, CREF, number error, callee unreachable, network disconnection during assignment, or clear message directly issued by the MSC.
