RH3031G: CELL_INTRABSC_INTO_CELL_HO_REQ_TIMES_900_1800
This measurement provides the total number of incoming internal inter-cell handover requests, including the requests on the SDCCH and the TCH. In addition, the frequency band of the originating cell can be GSM900, GSM900&DCS1800, GSM850, GSM850&DCS1800, or GSM850&PCS1900, and the frequency band of the target cell can be DCS1800 or PCS1900.
