RH3032F: CELL_INTRABSC_INTO_CELL_HO_FAIL_TIMES_1800_900
This measurement provides the total number of failed incoming internal inter-cell handovers due to various reasons. This measurement covers the failed handovers on the SDCCH and the TCH. In addition, the frequency band of the originating cell can be DCS1800 or PCS1900, and the frequency band of the target cell can be GSM900, GSM900&DCS1800, GSM850, GSM850&DCS1800, or GSM850&PCS1900.
