Description

This measurement provides the utilization of uplink PDTCHs or PACCHs in the BSC in a granularity period. In the predefined service model, if this measurement result is greater than the value specified by the service model, you can infer that the number of PDCHs cannot meet the requirements of PS services. The number of static PDCHs should be increased or Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs is set to a higher value to trigger more dynamic PDCH conversions.

In a granularity period, Uplink PDTCH/PACCH Utilization (%) is calculated on the basis of Number of RLC Data Blocks Received on Uplink PDTCH/PACCH and Total Number of Uplink PDTCH/PACCH Blocks.
