Description

This measurement provides the utilization of downlink PDTCHs or PACCHs in the BSC in a granularity period. In the predefined service model, if this measurement result is greater than the value specified by the service model, you can infer that the number of PDCHs cannot meet the requirements of PS services. The number of static PDCHs should be increased or Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs is set to a higher value to trigger more dynamic PDCH conversions.

In a granularity period, Downlink PDTCH/PACCH Utilization (%) is calculated on the basis of Number of RLC Data Blocks Sent on Downlink PDTCH/PACCH and Total Number of Downlink PDTCH/PACCH Blocks.
