S3280:CELL_MS_BTS_DIST
The distance between the MS and BTS is represented by TA (one TA is approximate to 550 m). A larger value of TA indicates longer distance between the MS and BTS. This measurement provides the accumulated distance between the MS and BTS, which is used in calculating the Mean Distance Between MS and BTS.

When the BSC receives the valid MR or pre-processed MR from the BTS in the serving cell, this counter is incremented by the TA in the MR or pre-processed MR.
