S3655: CELL_TRX_CFG_NUM
This measurement provides the total number of activated TRXs in a cell.
Integer number or integer.
The BSC samples the number of activated TRXs in a cell every five seconds. After the five-second sampling timer is expired, this counter is measured.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
