Description

This measurement provides the accumulated signal strength of the neighbor cell that ranks Nth in the measurement report. N ranges from 1 to 6.

Measurement Point

After the BSC receives a valid MR from the MS, the measurement is performed in the serving cell and the neighbor cell. If the neighbor cell ranks Nth in the MR, the signal strength is accumulated.
