S4005A: TRX_RX_SIGNALING_LOST
This measurement provides the number of signaling-plane packets that the BSC sends to the TRX over the HDLC path but get lost due to transmission congestion or abnormal communications.
Integer number or integer.
If the Signaling Control Processor of the TRX finds any error in the received signaling packets, then the Signaling Control Processor discardes related packets and the TRX measures the packet loss accordingly. The BTS periodically reports the result, and the BTSM disassembles the packets and processes the measurement results.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
