S4505A: TRX_EXT_AMR_FR_SHORT_TOTAL_VQI
When decoding the customized extended MR or pre-processed customized extended MR from the BTS, the BSC checks whether the VQI cell is contained in the MS. If the VQI cell is contained, and the MR is from the AMR TCHH, then this counter is incremented by one.

After receiving a customized extended MR or pre-processed customized extended MR from the BTS over the AMR TCHH, the BSC decodes the MR. This counter is measured when the VQI cell is contained in the MS.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
