This measurement provides the maximum number of EGPRS PDCHs allocated to the MS in a granularity period.

In a granularity period, the number of EGPRS PDCHs allocated to the MS is sampled periodically and the maximum sampled value is used as the value of the counter. The sampling period is 5s.
