This measurement provides the maximum number of online GPRS MSs in a cell in a granularity period. This counter indicates the usage of PS services at peak hours in a cell.
Integer number or integer.
The number of online GPRS MSs is measured every five seconds. The measured maximum number is selected as Maximum Number of Online GPRS MSs.
